Once in a lifetime experience in Peru
Every now and then a country touches your soul. That, for us, was Peru with Giardino Tours and *Carmen Rosa* our wonderful trip coordinator who curated the best experiences for us. Thank you for making our 3-week trip incredible! Our entire customized travel experience in a small group (5) was well organized, carefully thought out and extremely enjoyable. Much more than a tour: a unique experience
We had an incredible experience in the Colca Valley. Our trip was very comfortable and pleasant from beginning to end. We want to especially thank all the help we received when our children felt sick from the altitude. Your support and attention gave us a lot of peace of mind. Thanks also to the very interesting explanations, we were able to better understand the culture and history of the Colca Valley. In addition, thanks to the early morning departure, we had the opportunity to see many condors. It was an impressive spectacle and a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will never forget. Colca Condors and more.
This Colca Canyon tour was the 3rd and 4th day of a tour booked with another operator. But how lucky we were that our tour was sub contracted to Giardino Tours. As my wife knows , I am not a group tour person, but this was convenient and got us to where we wanted to go seeing what we wanted to see. This tour has almost changed my mind about group tours. It was flawless. The tour leader Fernando was a genius, a master manipulator (in a wonderful way) of people who was always thinking of his tour group and their experience. He was always one step ahead , always ensuring and enquiring about our well-being. At Colca Canyon he put us in the perfect position over and over to see and experience Andean Condors flying just metres above us , towards us and sitting less than 2 metres from our group. His knowledge and insights into Andean and Inka culture and how it has been affected by the modern world was fascinating and relevant. This man is a credit to his employer.

Amazing Peru 3 weeks
Carmen carefully tailored an amazing 3 weeks itinerary for us to experience Peru as it was our first time there. We enjoyed every tour moment, sight, place, connection, nature, wildlife and food. All the drivers & guides were very knowledegable, friendly and professional. Some of our highlights were seeing the Nazca Lines, sunset on the sand dunes of Huacachina, seeing wild vicunas and the soaring condors in Colca canyon, walking the llamas, staying on the floating Uros Islands on Lake Titicaca, trying delicious local food in Arequipa, crossing the last Q'eswachaka inca bridge, learning all the rich & wonderful histories and hiking the inca trail to Machu Picchu. We also really loved the sustainable part of our activities where we shared an unforgetable day and Pachamanca lunch with the local villagers. We would love to come back to Peru again (so much to explore) and will definitely book again with Giardino Tours.

Two Great Guides in Peru
We had Brian as our guide from Arequipa to Colca Canyon to see the condors, and he was fantastic. He was really knowledgeable and enthusiastic, but also funny and kind. He clearly loves what he does, and he made the whole day really enjoyable. Seeing the condors was amazing! We then had Antonio as our guide from Colca Canyon to Puno, and he was just as good. He too was friendly and helpful and kind and made the journey really enjoyable. Both were genuinely lovely guides and really added to our trip. Thank you 😊
