Description:
We start our experience visiting the long-established local market, San Camilo, in downtown Arequipa. Here we will buy the ingredients to prepare the dishes (an entrée and a main dish), then we will go to a family house and start cooking; during the preparation you will be given instructions on how to prepare the dish and also assist the cook.
The guide translates all that is said to ensure good communication with the cook and you may ask questions at any time.
At the end, you will enjoy the delicious meal you have learned to prepare.
